A TALE OF 4 CITIES is a travelogue that tracks the journey of four seasoned but outgoing Asian travelers, as they journey through four different regions in Greater China, exploring the different cultures of the locals.

From food and fashion, to art and architecture, our travelers immerse themselves in the different lifestyles and uncover the ways the locals live, work and play.

Each episode will look at a key pillar in these societies – be it food, housing, fashion, arts, transport, leisure and architecture. Our travelers take an in-depth look at various aspects of the social and cultural differences of people from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. In spite of these differences, we also see the similarities and the strong ties that bind them.

While the series offers an intimate insight into the lives of locals, it also helps to make sense of how the geography, history and socio-economic background of these countries have shaped their cultures and norms.
